Decided to draw something at work today and I asked my coworker what I should draw and he said a boat
So I started drawin and it kept getting more and more complicated lol
Its a lava/magma and lightning boat
On the left edge is lava pouring off the the side, I want lava to pour as well through every rectangular vent on the side
Blue lines ended up being used as a blueprint for what’s to come, which is there there would be emanating lightning circulation/energy
And from the captains deck on the top I wanna draw a bunch of lightning hitting it like this

I think I’ll change the background to something like this
It started off as an ordinary mundane ship in the day time, then I redid it
Maybe I’ll add The Blood Moon too

You know, at first my coworker asked me if I was inspired by the yachts parked outside of the hotel (when it was just a mundane regular white ship), and then I decided “well, I can make this more intricate” and was then inspired by the yachts
So I etched a corner indent on the side of the boat and i was like nah this can be something else lol
Imagine an alternate universe where every one grows up to look like this
“That didnt land”
“Im not happy about that”

The forums had profile stories like Instagram and Facebook
You know, like the snap chat reels that disappear after 24 hours
Just click on profile pictures of people and see what they posted for the day
Would be dope
Imagine Facebook mechanics combined with the forums
Every one would have their journey thread in their profile
A gallery and a “wall”
Imagine these mechanics having been implemented from the beginning of the forums? Imagine how things would’ve played out… With everything that’s happened over the years.

I imagine, people would see the human in each other more, so maybe there would be more friendships
(If they’re posting their pictures, what they ate for the day, where they visited, etc)

And add to that the current age of fake news tolerance + AI generated videos that look eerily real + even AI voices that sound like the actual person = a new dawn of propaganda can prosper with ease…
Kinda terrifying.
But who knows tbh. Maybe we’ll all return to a lifestyle in nature as a consequence?
