Sometimes I realize that I know things that I don’t know how I learned them or when, I just know them, maybe I’ve forgotten when I learned those things, I think that many things are already installed in our memory but we don’t remember them all.

we subliminally pick up things as well. this is why social media is so terrible. it corrupts our attention

yea, it influences even behavior and incites vices such as smoking or gambling and people don’t even know why they do what they do

Shooting for sets of 10 by the end of next month

Solid

Once ya get 4

Easier to get 10

And this your first day back
With cheat codes lol

Hard to get to 1 or 2 lol
But once 4 is in the now, 10 is in the sight

This my theory
From observation lol
With cheat codes and blessings of course

Just break it down
4 dropsets per set minimum after top set
But not first day or two days back

Never sacrifice lower back posture for it

Eventually doing that all out drop sets

Your top set will get higher lol
Just do your PR for the moment for your top set and do a bunch of drop sets of a weight that seems gruesome/right/doable lol (just kick your own ass is the key in bodybuilding for fast gains lol)

Lurkers, go hard!!!

Fields work, just listen to smart stacks and excel in what you do!

Anyways… Tonight finally starting the write up for Drift and all… lol

Doing 10 x 3 usually, with sometimes a 5 x 5 or some ten rep sets added to it. Body can take a lot of punishment.

Ohhh
Got it

I never done those powerlifter routines

I like intense continuous work outs lol but I can see the extravaganze being just as great for those ultimate PRs

I get watered down PRs in my old work outs, never actually would go for one rep maxes or things like that

When I said PR earlier I meant more so for the rep amount within mix of an already engaged voluminous work out

Back when I was lifting more, I’d use to do that type of training twice a week, and then 8 x 10, high volume less weight type of training twice again in the week, hitting every bodypart 4 times.

Mad results, spending 4 hours in the gym every day though (including cardio)

Wow I didn’t even know I posted it lol I was editing

Trying to piece my thoughts lol

That’s good man

You know why it’s great lol
You’ve been through the movements

Been through that trying

Against gravity

Against your body
Against weight
Against your mind

Given your heart
Your will
Your determination

Time and time again
Same old game

You got the map of success built out
You got a past timeline of efforts

You know what it’s like to have an ultimate work out day lol

And you aim for that

I can’t get into bodybuilding (watching the sport I mean) again no more I don’t think
The sport doesn’t interest me no more

But I hope them success and health

And personally I can bodybuild privately, not for shows no more

Yeah, I can’t get into the sport again either. That train has passed.

Lifting though, is a fine past-time for me now, I get stronger, get to sleep better, and I get to forget to stretch.

Ah man looking back

That’s one thing I would do differently

I would’ve stretched a wholeeee lot more (at specific times)

Ive experienced it’s benefits first hand
It’s one of the keys to success

Also helps make the myofascia expand, in a permenant way even

Allowing for greater pumps and muscle growth

Cuz the myofascia acts like a balloon within limits of expansion

You heighten that expansion
You get more pump ability

More pump = hold more nutrients

I used to do pump stretch’s for my chest work outs lol (don’t over do long stretches in-between sets, lurkers and beyond)
During a certain “era” of my life

Wanted to get it “better” so bad
