I had my first lift session today! It’s been over a year
I feel amazingggg the endorphins man, so beautifully healthy feeling
And I even think I look better in some ways than ever before, surprisingly despite having lost so much weight, I got a different structure thanks to blessings… I’m pretty lean right now
I told you I lost 20 lbs but I actually lost 30ish
Well really, 36 lbs from my top weight, but I think that top weight I was a bit softer so I don’t wanna count that
Imma try to gain it all back, and better than ever before…
Time to get caught up on this thread lol

I exposed him in that rap, and brought up his fake diseased family members who where supposedly killed in the streets…
That guy made a fake gang name up and told me the streets he was from, I later found out with my best friend who was actually from a family of gangsters and is from Stockton, that those streets didn’t even exist in LA and neither did that gang, so I exposed him nasty
I was on that lying stuff too, I wanna go back to Miami and tell those old highschool friends I lied
I’m telling you, I was much different in my teens…
I was actually planning on going back and exposing myself with my best friend present (who knew everything from the start), before I got swept into a lot of stuff lol
