recomand if you have your Energetic Being/ or something for Jing Chi Shen Repair of energy body, itās good in the long run.
I was permanently nose sick/allergic/cold before dealing with my Energetic Body

I think in TCM they used to say that colds enter the body through the lower back, probably at the point opposite the dan tien (or at its height). And that should be kept warm and protected. Since thatās where kidneys and adrenals are, a lot of jing is needed too.
