That’s the point of prisons being a punishment. But the criminals in those countries with the nice prisons are also of a lower caliber so to speak. Most of them rehabilitated, etc.
The other side of it is…poor country has hell prisons…for more people cause these people are no criminal material but they are forced to do crime just to survive.
I myself was looking for ways to avoid this just recently xD

Lol no…I just hate my country’s whole system in general.
The thing is…I’m broke, so I decided no to pay for internet for around 3 months.
The logic here is, the router is 150€, the service is 35€. I’d rather carry a 35€ debt for some months than starting at 150€.
If in those months I go homeless and stuff…I won’t care about the debt, lost all chances at life already xD
Otherwise then I’d just pay the debt or come to a settlement.
Then I thought I have to pay those 150€ or keep paying for the service (they sent me an email saying the contract expires so Idk what that means…maybe the router is mine now xD or maybe they will raise the price and not negotiate at all) or I’d get a criminal record open. And criminals get no compassion here. There go my chances at a public job, unemployment, healthcare, etc.

it came to me for free and we did a contract of 20 euros + mobiles of whole family going 100 euros a month for 6 members
and they gave a free tablet (it was a toy like its useless) and a free phone every 6 years of subscription
