Its obvious that captain always says 10 mins is fine for any field
2-3 times usually ends up being around 6-10 minutes
And some of the 10 mins audio is the soundtrack repeated twice, like mana circuits and gratitude for blessings
so that would be 2x, in my opinion

the way id do it is cut down all the 3x to 2x except Point of No Return and Jindan

Now I listen to IBS cause I want the boost from plasma

Now I either ground or I grounded at some point before (usually I loop automatic grounding while playing plasma)
You donāt need to ground after plasma if you were grounded all the time.
