I mean the star exercise is really simple and only last for 1 minute? I done it for 2 months and stopped

I have always done 5-10 minutes usually finished at the 6-8 min mark
I always stop when I feel I have gotten enough energy from it
and you have to do it twice a day, so the progress builds up and catches momentum I think
yeah at the time I couldn’t feel energy.
I only got oxygenated so I don’t even know if it worked or done something. Now that I see it did nothing for me.
It might be that I did little which is something I really don’t remember.
Anyways I heard the exercise is good from others but it was the time that OM was “famous” around here and people just started doing it all day.
I think Josh done it and completed it if you wanna tag him and ask.
I like the exercise its good

you have to do 20 mins each day if you wanna do 5x4 then you do it. But there must be an aim you can’t do one day 10 one day 20 and be in competition then the win will be easy. I can do more and achieve more.
