what about a duck meat on sausage? Is it a good idea? what your thoughts on it? because only meat I know worth of sausage is pork and I don’t like it that much.
Duck sausage idk I probably wouldn’t just because you can make duck in a lot of different ways without going to sausage
Chicken does a good sausage in my opinion
But there’s some types of pork sausage that are good like the soppressata
