Holy shit I think integrity was the best motivation field anyone can watch, I don’t really have a mentor and I feel like this video is one that’s will help and guide me in life their was on part which really helped. It was about when somone accuses u of things don’t shout back it only helps the ego. And I was wondering what should I do then but it doesn’t tell u what to do instead it wants u to think with logic about what to do

You pick a partner, and rapidly ask them a bunch of questions. They’re not allowed to think about it,
they’re not allowed to go into any kind of trance, and the first answer is the one we take down.
The set up or contract for the game is, “Who was I in a Past Life?”
Male or female?
Skin colour?
Hair colour?
Height?
Clothes?
Decorations?
Profession?
When?
Where in the world?
How old when you died?
What did you die of?
Answer those question, rapid fire and without thinking about it, and a “past life character” will
come into being automatically and reliably.
Once you have that, you can ask further refining questions, details, tune into special artefacts or
anything that draws your attention, activate the 6 sensory modalities and keep going until that threshold
shift happens and the whole person - their entire life, everything about them - comes into being and that
person is now real, to all intents and purposes.
This how you “create pas life characters”. They may not be real past lives but stuff your subconscious think you need to know.
In the past life regression class, people had no trouble answering those questions in their pairs with
each other; then I made them find “the lesson of that life for this life” and we ended up discussing what
we learned.
In the context of Project Sanctuary, when we create our first friend, or a new friend, we say out
aloud, because that helps such a lot:
“Take me to the perfect place in time and space where I can meet my new friend, someone who
loves me and can help me understand the energy mind better, help me heal, help me grow, help me
evolve towards my true potential.”
That really beats a three day blood ritual to make a demon … :-)
Now, here we have used the Classic Game to create a habitat for the first meeting with our friend.
If you wanted to, you could step into the habitat and then create your friend using the questions,
much like in the Past Life Regression game.
Once you have made your contract known, you could then simply ask the following questions and
answer them out aloud (this makes it work much better, and it is why it works so well when people do
this in pairs, or at parties where the response has to be made out aloud for the other person to know
what’s going on):
• What are you (my new friend)?
• Are you human?
• If not, are you alien? Animal? A spirit? Something else?
• Male or female, or irrelevant?
• Can you talk? How do you talk so I can understand you?
• What is your name?
• What do you look like?
• Can we touch so I can feel you? Scent you, taste you?
• What do I find particularly attractive/fascinating/positive about you?
• What can we do together right now to make friends?
And so your friend will come to you, will be revealed through asking questions, interacting, paying
attention through all your six senses, learning more about the friend until they are quite real in any
sense of the word.

In Sanctuary, your attention is the currency; it is the ultimate energy form through which you pay
your dues, and in turn, receive all the many gifts that Sanctuary has on offer.
Pay attention to your friend, not just when they are new; but always. The more attention you give
them, the more powerfully real they become and the more they can do for you - literally, practically,
absolutely.
This is like NLP or psychological (mostly uses imagination) but it is good for me. I always was more into psych than spirituality cause the latter seemed wishful thinking to me (and cause Shiva baba abandoned me as a child so).
The friend thing I see as a sort of “virtual servitor” thing. If you’re lucky (or not, depending on how you see it) it isn’t your mind, but a being that comes over. Sort of like channeling.
