I discovered I have a new ability yesterday guys and I think it will be useful for all
I can guide the energy I have inside me to a part of my body
but here is the interesting part, the energy changes when I imagine stuff.
That’s the reason people say to fantasize about things when you manifest.
If the energy guided stays long enough in the place (and I am not talking for 10 minutes or 20) then the results your get is a changed reality.
That may be the basis of how a habit is formed or why reality is habitual.

really now? How would I know what your dream girl is I barely understood I have energy inside me just yesterday I can not really be inside your mind and find out.
Nor can manifest complex stuff.
Anyways the thing is simple fantasize about it and see your attidute change, then observe the energy going around your body. Well this I can do conciously without thinking about it and doing it conciously. Then you can try stuff to see how people react to you when the energy inside you goes around your body parts not only body parts but of course a bigger complex of combinations.
Like activating 2 chakras together or giving them more energy than the others to work better
