lol not now but when I was doing martial arts I was one of the best I went from white belt to black belt in two years with a teacher that gives black belts on 10 years and when you are being exceptional.
The teacher teached my Father too when he was my age and he got a black belt at 10 years full training.
It was my first time hearing about Taoism and chi. He even made me change my diet to only potato roots and potato root tea to experience the full martial arts and make my body strong. Not even rice like a Asian guy doing martial arts.
Yeah I was a very good athlete one of the best at karate. But not now, now I do only walking.
That was 4 years ago and I discontinued when covid started and I started with the metaphysical things here.
