Ohhh man thats easy

Just write down whatever affirmation you want

“Saint theophilos loves himself very much” like this

Make it into an audio using an app or website

Then just play it. Turn the volume down until you can hear whispers, then turn it down a little more until they go away (but make sure it’s still playing if you get close to the speaker) and just listen (i dont add music or sound to mask the affirmations cus they’re annoying)

Thats what i used to do

Let me tell you a lil story

I made a subliminal to have relations with this one girl

And we hung out a lot.

But she wouldnt reciprocate the energy I was giving her???

I tested the whole thing for a month, I was constantly trying to come up with ways and things to do to make it happen

I knew what I needed to do but I couldn’t pull it off

So I gave up, deleted the sub, stopped talking to her, just focused back on myself

2 weeks later and this woman wont stop telling me how much she loves me smh, this time is more intense than ever and i havent even done anything

All i am is funny and good looking

And a real man of course

It aint unsual for people to search for true love besides their urges. Maybe even for some time not the whole life.
