Does anyone know what the benefits of Vibration of Creation are? Besides the raising your vibration part?

well aum chanting for 20-30 mins a day for a month got some people out of the hospital, healthy and free of medicationā¦according to Sadhguru and some research done on his disciples or smth
people with mental health issues
kids with attention problems (but diagnosed ADD/ADHD) could also focus without a problem after a month of AUM chanting. but i think they also got some initiations/attunements by Sadhguru
so one can only speculate
om being the original sound, it should bring you back to your original blueprintā¦i think thats the logicā¦and takes out the effects of modern artificial things
but i dunnoā¦try the field and see what it does in your life
Frederick Dodson in Levels of Energy book says that chanting OM just a few times will have interesting effects in your life
it isa good pick me up, and is supposed to work from whatever state one is inā¦so it works even if you are in low energy/consciousness level
it summons superhigh energy but somehow it doesnt hurt cause OM is non-linear and transcendent and good stuff
so listen to OM and apply it to cells manā¦become a son of the universeā¦created by the original vibration itself
it it the highest stuff out there
