Humans can become Gods and Gods can be mortals if they ascend or fall.
Through extreme pressure of the body soul and spirit but quite unlikely anything like that would be happening because you need way to much time to build up momentum for this. You will die at 90 and you will not even understand the world at its 1%.
Anyways you can be Kratos too and kill Hercules in a fight.
