Any fields for generalized anxiety disorder?

To be more specific my body just gets into this flight mode for no reason. My heart is constantly racing and beating weird I assume

But mentally I am not worrying about anything so there are times im forced to come up with anything to blame this anxiety but it’s just excuses I have realized

Oh I forgot to say when I pay attention to it I literally forget to breathe/I stop breathing, so it makes my heart race even more

The only times it goes away is when I get distracted or focused on something for long periods of time

don’t you have flight to fight?

plus there is a field called all purpose anxiety

I remember though you telling me that after the field you heart was pumping harder

Yes it happens

Like I read the word “Flight” and it immediately triggers it

I am using the PTSD Field too and now that one triggers it as well when I think about it

so its not so much mental as of physical.

I’m trying to trace it back when it started and I dont want to go into details but my mind and body went from being chill into terror

Other than that, not really. It’s mostly fear & anxiety

Idk if you missed my edit above but I said that when my body gets into this mode my breathing gets irregular too along with my heart and sometimes I stop breathing or my breathing is really really shallow

only once, only in late afternoon-night

the time doesn;t matter that much but its because your body produces it at night.

If you want to listen at daytime then you can still do it but watch for sleeping problems or watch for being sleepier in the day.
