Any fields for generalized anxiety disorder?
To be more specific my body just gets into this flight mode for no reason. My heart is constantly racing and beating weird I assume
But mentally I am not worrying about anything so there are times im forced to come up with anything to blame this anxiety but it’s just excuses I have realized
Oh I forgot to say when I pay attention to it I literally forget to breathe/I stop breathing, so it makes my heart race even more
The only times it goes away is when I get distracted or focused on something for long periods of time

Idk if you missed my edit above but I said that when my body gets into this mode my breathing gets irregular too along with my heart and sometimes I stop breathing or my breathing is really really shallow
