my mother drinks 2 coca cola light and 2 glasses and I am saying to her “are you nuts?”. No wonder why her blood pressure is low too.
Anyways some days I drink like 7 liters. Actually good for my system. For others that are not used to it I think it will drain them too.

yeah me too. It’s not a problem for me. when I say 7 lt I mean included the milk. Sometimes I drink 1 lt if I don’t eat eggs in the morning.
