Well…first off I think most people worry too much about entities.
You’re clearly not possesed. If you raise your energy it will hurt them. If you stop giving them attention they get bored and leave.
If you command them to leave and never return in the name of Christ, and then never ever mention them again (and say, there is paranormal stuff going on at home…you say…oh it must have been this or that; aka you pretend they don’t exist, and they leave too) they leave.
So don’t get hook up on that cause they will become a non-issue with time. And I’d rather use love fields than exorcism fields.
