“Rate Limited/temporarily banned” on Gumroad while listening to paid audio?

I’ve been listening to the audio I purchased (Booted Bhoots) through the Gumroad app.

I just clicked “play” again, when this message returned to me:

Error 1015

You are being rate limited

What happened?

The owner of this website (app.gumroad.com) has banned you temporarily from accessing this website.

How to fix?

Contact their support? That looks like a gumroad thing, not a Sapien Medicine thing.
