Red Meat Digestion, and Request for a field

Hello,

I try to avoid eating red meat as much as possible because I notice that it leaves me feeling energetically drained, sleepy, and gives me brain fog afterward. (I don’t have any problems with fish, or chicken ) I cannot be productive at all if I eat beef for example not at all I feel like a slug lol

After doing some research, I found that some sources suggest this could be due to a lack of hydrochloric acid in the stomach. (Here is the video link : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mRwlMlKxD2g )

Some people even claim that, energetically, red meat can carry negative energies due to the poor conditions in which the animals are raised.

Of course, there could be multiple factors involved, so I am not sure about what’s going on.

-What I’d like to ask the forum is: are there others here who experience similar issues with red meat? If so, what solutions have you found?

-What are some fields that I could use and combine to address this?

-Additionally, could Captain create a digestion-focused field specifically targeting red meat, addressing all aspects to help the body process it efficiently?

  1. No, in fact I usually get a boost of energy.

  2. Pre-eating the meal:
    Food Charger and Enhancer

After the meal:
Enhanced Cellular Nutrition Absorption

There are also various water/fluid chargers which may help both free and paid, and also some NFT food chargers, although I’m not really knowledgible about these.

  1. Put it in the request thread
    “The Requests and Fields” thread

Red meat might have higher fat content in comparison to chicken and fish.

It also might have slightly different protein profile.

And obviously red meat often chewier and heavier on stomach than chicken or fish.

You can try using betaine HCL (hydrochloric acid donor) as a supplement. It’s a somewhat overpriced in capsules, but can be used to test for your hypothesis.

Yes, I experience the same. My solution to that…I don’t eat it.

I take much inspiration from the Blood Type Diet and have had many epiphanies to why certain foods made me feel ill, even as a kid. As a type A, red meat should be avoided. And yes, I probably have some ”lack” in stomach acid too (as-type A).

One tip could be to combine the meat with only vegetables and skip carbs in the same meal. My digestion and energy levels works best if I for example have rice/ pasta with veggies for lunch and some fish with a sallad for dinner. And not too big portions, of course.
Also, I tend to eat too fast. Solution for that is I eat with a teaspoon when I can, haha!

As for fields I have 2 play lists for digestion.

For the gut;

Stomach healing
Ulcerative colitis
Intestine healing
The Gastrointestinal Specialist
The Iron Gullet

And one for the brain /nervous system:

Brain regeneration
Brain antioxidant complex
Brain massage
Vagusnerve
Anxiety

Recently I discovered that the Ivermectin on Patreon works wonders for digestion issues.

And I take digestive enzymes when having a heavier meal than usual.

@Neytiri Thank you so much for sharing your experience, very awesome ! This is right that I do always automaticly include a lot of carbs when I eat red meat.

Interesting, do you have any link about the Blood Type Diet ?
