Hey guys, so I know helps us get less sleep but I was wondering If I can add any other audios that would make me feel as I had a rejuvenating 8 hours of sleep in only 4-5. I’m trying to fit in time where I can study, and even workout more. Sometimes when I use hyper state sleep I still feel muscle soreness, maybe some audios would help. SO yeah, just want 4-5 hours sleep and wake up with same muscle recovery, energy and brain function as I would with 8, thank you.
You’ve been asking that for months… lol, just sleep. You need it, the body does important stuff during that time.
Why don’t you listen to a brain stack and a workout recovery stack? You can get a lot more productive with that.
Also plasma has been making me sleep less & less over time and I’m still waking up feeling rejuvenated
I can’t sleep for 8 hours in a row I always wake up in her middle of the night and shit and can’t fall back asleep sometimes and that ruins my sleep
It’s normal to wake up in the middle of your sleep, you have a few cycles.
Now if you can’t fall back into sleep, you have a bad sleep quality. Fix your life !
Sleep at the same time, eat right, exercise etc…
I can fall back asleep , just takes a lot of time

Yeah that maybe my problem and sleep at different times every day
I workout and eat good , just never get sleepy when I want to fall asleep no matter what audio I use
Have you tried All purpose Anxiety field?
Sounds like someone is overthinking, Daydreaming or whatever
I think that may be one issue too…
- For people in tune with their bodies and can listen to it, this may be ok. For example, Captain sleeps when he needs sleep (which could be sometimes after 2-days when he is working on something).
- Or you have folks like @This_Boy_Here - who is very disciplined about eating, working out, and sleeping at regular times to maintain a certain rhythm.
You gotta figure out what works for you, rather than sleep patterns/habits being random (I learned this the hard way too …)

Yeah man overthinking is crazy when I’m about to fall asleep lol, I start thinking what I did the whole day, what I’m gonna do the next day etc…
Sometimes I just don’t sleep lol
I use grounding when it happens
Also, I sleep when I’m very tired ( sleepy eyes and yawning) If I’m just a little tired, I’ll stay awake, read a book, watch some videos.but I don’t get too excited, I slowly prepare while I’m awake. To be sure that I fall asleep fast. Might not be ideal if you got school.
