Request for help with depression

Hi, I’m requesting help for my severe depression and anxiety.
I’ve been listening to Angelic Intercession for about a week or so, along with the Safe Field, Reversal of Trauma and Radical Positive Change. I feel like part of my depression is spiritual, and I am also feeling the effects of a toxic relationship that I have one foot in. I know I’m being hurt by being in contact but I think I may be trauma bonded.

Angelic Intercession makes me feel very peaceful when I listen to it, but unfortunately it doesn’t last long.

Any help would be so appreciated right now. This feels like the most comforting place for my soul.

ive read your first post and noticed some great fields missing from the recommended ones.

an absolute gem.

play each one for a good half hour then the next same lenght then the next.

and then fill up your love cup with divine love. nothing beats that.

specially when we are broken hearted after a relationship that left scars and feels like it took away everything with it, including our self love or at least the capacity to expand it again, so you go and surrender to divine love which is the most powerful one and will unblock your heart, mend it, and help you fall in love again with yourself, life and the world around you, without you having to do anything.

just be. let that universal love do the work for you. but most important… be gentle with yourself and just be. one-day at a time. just that. dont look behind, there’s nothing there anymore, dont even look ahead, itll cause anxiety by not knowing how to advance and reach there.

Depression affects everyone in a unique way what worked for one wouldn’t work for the next person, as you said it is spiritual which is the case with every depression you have to work it out yourself.

So the ‘cats pyjamas’ according to Merriam-Webster, is an informal, old-fashioned slang term from the 1920s meaning someone or something highly admired, exceptionally excellent, or very appealing similar to “the cat’s meow” or "the bee’s knees” and often used to describe something outstanding or splendid.

Not where I am at the moment but I hope to be one day!

Thank you for the recommendation! How many fields can we listen to in a day? Like the maximum? It’s ok to listen to them one after the other? If you just had to choose one or two, which would you choose? I’ve seen Depression Be Gone recommended before, so I’m definitely going to do that.

I’ll also check out the YT videos/book.

I was searching for the Depression Be Gone field on the Enlightened States Patreon, I didn’t find it but saw the post ‘The 5 Second Brain Hack That Instantly Switches Off Anxiety’(Amygdal Clicking or Tickling) - tried it and have now been on a deep dive on the internet on T D Lingo, the Brain Theorist and Researcher that discovered this it. Really fascinating stuff!!

np, read the descriptions of those fields and choose the ones which would help certainly and play 3x to 6x each start with less number and play them again after a break of 1-2 hours, keep the list small more won’t help you in this case.

I haven’t deleted all my social media yet but I use it wayyy less than I used to. And yes to the chocolate!

Why don’t you try creating a protective barrier around your sleeping area or other frequently used spaces?

Use four pieces of hematite, or if you have some black impact meteorites, choose four and place them in the four corners. Then connect them with your fingers (energy).

If you have some silver ore, you can place it there as well. (Nano-sized gold and silver will be much more effective.) (This increases energy conduction while removing negative energy.)

Then listen to music in this space, first making some severing connections, and then begin repairing the energy body.

Here’s a little magic trick: prepare a paper cup filled with ice.

Then write a message on the surface of the cup.

Write, “In the name of XXX, I declare that the symptoms of my depression are this ice cube, and I achieve this.”

(XXX: The name that best represents the greatest power in your personal world. If you don’t have a faith, you can use the name “All Things in the Universe.”)

The purpose of this method is to create a superconnection between the energy behind depression and an ice cube.

After making the connection, let the ice cube melt on its own.

This will also dissolve the negative energy behind depression. You can do this once a week.
