Yes, same here. I was thinking it was because of stress at first. Now I understand that I managed to scrape through three COVID infections w/o any medication. Loss of hair from scalp was one of most noticeable changes.
However, what I am experiencing now is not even brain fog, but literally “brain blockage” that I’m trying to deal with.
