Try activate mandala directly with Michaels prayer, it should work, just try.
Try first like you speaking with English prayer many times, if that doesn’t help then use my way, open Google translate, put Latin translate prayer and let it speak at Latin…then you should felt some presence, then mandala is definitely activated
