Ringing on hear

Those ringing in the ears means that I have well developed ah spiritual energy system ,and have clean slot of junk ,and that ringing effect Is my higher self poke me ? Or something

It’s tinnitus.
Be careful, try to rest your ears.
Listen to the hearing loss recovery and try to listen to the lowest possible and use speakers.

I don’t use ears anymore just speaker
