Sacred Sites near You

Hello everyone  I thought it would be fun to have a thread where we post pictures of our favorite sacred sites/power spots, from where we live to anywhere in the world where we’ve visited.
Since the members here come from various places across the world, it will be a great occasion to remember the gifts we have, and maybe to find hidden gems.

I’m a newbie here and I’ve never done anything like this, so I apologize if I fall short as an “admin”.
Share some snapshots of your journeys, and let’s enjoy the energy! :airplane: :earth_americas:

*Please make sure to post the pictures taken by yourselves.

Haruna Jinjya (shrine), Gunma prefecture, Japan. It’s famous in my area as a potent power place associated with dragons. It’s quite a rocky terrain due to ancient volcanic activities, which gives me a strong sense of grounding. The combination of water/rocks/trees makes the area truly refreshing and sacred.
Enjoy!

I seemed to have lost a bunch of photos, so…

This is 中山陵 - Dr. Sun Yat Sen’s Mausoleum (he was the first president of the new republic china in 1912 which marked the end of the dynasties)

There are quite some steps to reach it

I was very impressed by the energies in and around the Temple of Heaven:

Btw and at that time I had no idea about energy, or only vague, and was probably significantly less energy sensitive, yet still noticed this.

The Great Wall was also magnificent to experience, however there were too many tourists

Plus there were areas that were so steep that I cant even call them steps anymore - one had to climb basically

The Suzhou Classical Gardens felt very serene:

Actually, there were many little spots that felt like energy hotspots. I miss China tbh, its a shame that there are so many traveling restrictions. Its really beautiful for a visit

Aaaand I forgot 故宫 and 天安门 (you know, where nothing happened in 89’ )
