I bought the Egyptian Wands yesterday on Spring using Paypal, and still have not received any confirmation. Paypal sent me an email receipt of the transaction, but still nothing.
I sent them an email to creatorhelp@spri.ng this morning along with my receipt and still haven’t received a response.

Spring is often late in delivering. I think one or two days delay is normal for them. Still, mail them if you have doubts.

I was facing the same issues, so I emailed them and they replied within minutes to say they had flagged my attempts as fraudulent but had now removed the blocks and I was able to proceed with my purchase.
