After 12 hours of trying, i got it to work on my father’s PC (This is like the sixth device i have tried it on). Along with deleting cache, and using different email, and vola ! Thank you very much !

I bought the Egyptian Wands yesterday on Spring using Paypal, and still have not received any confirmation. Paypal sent me an email receipt of the transaction, but still nothing.

I sent them an email to creatorhelp@spri.ng this morning along with my receipt and still haven’t received a response.

Anyone else having problems, or another route I could go to rectify this?

I would try an Intersession field
and tell them your problem and how u would like it to work out.
Thank them afterwards.

This would not exclude taking the suggested actions.

Spring is often late in delivering. I think one or two days delay is normal for them. Still, mail them if you have doubts.

Looks like this email address was the way to go. I got a response and it turns out they had a typo on my email address.

Even the Gumroad problems have not been fixed, I have tried everything, I used 5 different devices but still have problems loading my card, I wish there was another payment option

I was facing the same issues, so I emailed them and they replied within minutes to say they had flagged my attempts as fraudulent but had now removed the blocks and I was able to proceed with my purchase.

Did you only specify your email or did you put your card number as well so they can identify it?

I just emailed them from the email address I have associated with my Gumroad account :)

Is the code not working now ?
I tried using it in Gumroad but it didn’t work
