I try and try again but nothing

I’m having problems to buy Kinetic Quasi Crystal, it doesn’t accept the card, I’ve never had that happen before, it must be a problem with gumroad maybe, I hope it will be solved :pensive:

Sometimes that happens but its just a matter of deleting cache from your browser then try again even from a new different browser

Thank you very much Luna! Your comments on the Kinetic Quasi Crystal thread really encouraged me to buy the field, I’ve tried from several browsers and it doesn’t seem to work, maybe I’ll wait until tomorrow to give it a try

Maybe try on a laptop or desk if you have

That issue used to happen a lot before and it was just that

Last thing would be to delete all history and passwords etc lol

I have tried from my laptop, I have tried from my cell phone, and I have tried with my work computer too and it doesn’t work, I get “we had problems loading your card”, I bought many fields in gumroad without any problem, I find it strange, thanks for your suggestions! I will have to play lucky audios :upside_down_face:

I had a problem recently with my card also. I used a different card and h still wouldn’t work until I changed the email address.

I tried with another email and neither, it will be as Luna says, the crystal doesn’t want me to buy it with discount, well I will have to wait, I really don’t have another card to try to buy it

I have similar problem with Gumroad today. Was trying to buy some of the new potions but i keep getting “We couldn’t charge your card. Try again or use a different card.” I have tried everything, using 3 different web browser, different emails, even calling my bank to see if there is any problem.(Everything was clear, they said). So at this point, i think the problem is on Gumroad’s end.

It’s the same message that appears to me, I was going crazy trying so hard, I guess it’s a problem of gumroad, I’ll try another day

Guys… it seems to be a gumroad issue. I had the same issue where the card wasn’t processing. I tried a couple of times with different cards and it didn’t work. Then I tried on my laptop and it worked.

Clear cache and try another browser

I did try that ! On 2 PCs, 1 laptop and 2 phones …and so far, no luck.
