I’ve ordered IPF and Eternity on 29th November

IPF has been shipped on 5th December and I’ve received it (in Italy) on 22nd (it took 17 days).

Eternity has been shipped on 11th December but as of today I haven’t received it yet

Tracking says it has arrived in Italy on 18th December.

I’ve used HPP on it so I’m not anxious at all… lol

But I’d like to know what’s an approximate time after which to consider the package lost and ask for a refund

Avevo ordinato BPIL il 28 nov e l’ho ricevuto il 30 dic. , per i noti problemi di UPS; direi che ti potrebbe arrivare tra qualche giorno.

UPS is 60 days to claim an item for loss

  1. Claims Procedure – Prescription
    All claims against UPS must be notified in writing as soon as reasonably
    practicable and in any event within 14 days of receipt in the case of
    damage (including partial loss of a shipment) and in the case of delay
    within 21 days of the goods being placed at the disposal of the person
    entitled to delivery and in the case of loss within 60 days of the goods
    being consigned with UPS for carriage. In addition, all claims against UPS
    in connection with any shipment shall be prescribed and barred by
    expiration of time, unless legal proceedings are brought and written notice
    of them is given to it within eight months after delivery of the goods
    concerned or, in the case of non-delivery, within eight months from the
    scheduled date for delivery. This term shall not affect any rights the
    shipper may have under Convention Rules or other mandatory national
    laws.

I am not complaining really but…
It’s such a shame that teespring doesn’t allow Dream team to include more of description of some fields there.
That’s the reason why Dream was vague with description there.

I wish somewhere were some other websites which would give Dream a chance to express himself more.

I don’t know even why I am writing this, this is not complaining but rather some sort of sadness to express here because I just now found about all these regards Teespring😔
