I’m back for a rapid feedback after testing a few options:

1/ YouTube videos = optimal
2/ Download from Patreon on my computer = lower quality
3/ Download from my phone on Youtube Music = ok

I don’t think there is a difference between option 1 & 3, I’m just still testing it.

There’s always been a flagship healing field and I expect this to be the case in the coming future too.

I think it works only within your biological limit, as you would only repair at your capacity, aging will be slower, definitely.
I think honestly a highly specialized things like plasma flaunt will have some people living way longer than they should.
and a wider spectrum of clarity in health.
