Though I must confess that I don’t understand how some of you guys can wear multiple field, I get overloads super easily wearing multiple pendants.

Question really is what your energy system can handle - it is not a one size fits for all recommendation. The general disclaimer applies to most folks who probably are new to energy work. In the first three days of integration, I do 11 rounds of Neigong to surge my system with energy and that helps. I also never ever fail my morning, noon and night Neigong practice - if I do, fatigue sets in.

I don’t do advanced practices like Maoshan but some extra (“free style”, personalized) effort though whenever introducing a new field in my system (especially with some “hardcore” ones) like focusing for longer times on certain yoga poses, doing some inner listening, etc.
