I started looking into the emerging science of screen brain addiction syndrome, initially through Dr Trish Leigh at Brain Rewire. Screen Brain Addiction syndrome is probably the largest addiction facing the world right now; how the brain is rewired and changed through internet and gaming screen addictions. It not only affects neuron pathways, like dopamine rush addiction, forcing brainwaves into high speed Beta anxiety mode and then frying the brain through the dopamine pathway into long lasting slow speed Theta creating persistent cognitive burnout and concentration and learning impairments.
I wonder if the Overcome Addictions: Dopamine Receptor Repair & Addiction Healing is sufficient to heal the rewired brain and cure the addiction? Very grateful for any feedback on this important subject matter.
