Several health issues, primarily skeletal and digestive. Please help

Okay so hello there! I’ve been lurking on here for quite a while and finally decided to create my account today. The thing is I need specific help with some of the health issues I have. The ones that need the most help are chronic constipation (causing megacolon), anal prolapse, scoliosis and lateral pelvic tilt and the more common issue, myopia.

To explain my constipation which is perhaps the worst of my issues, it isn’t caused by lack of fibre in my diet or dehydration. I always had mild constipation as a kid, but as I started to grow up, I literally could not go. Now if I don’t take a combination of laxatives AND this medicine containing prucalopride everyday, I can’t relieve myself. Because of this, overtime the amount I poop due to the laxatives and medication has increased so so much and this is steadily leading to a condition of megacolon and resulting in an anal prolapse. I really really do not want to reach the point of surgical intervention. so are there any audios that can help with the size of my colon and induce movement in the intestines so I don’t have to rely on medication just to push food along my intestines? Something to reduce/treat the prolapse would also be good. Hopefully these audios will resolve constipation.

The next is I have lateral pelvic tilt caused by scoliosis and a weird rotation of my hips along their axis. Basically one hip is raised higher than the other. This leads to a considerable leg length discrepancy and I get intense pain just from walking around my university, as one of my legs bears more weight than the other. Anything to help with that?

The next is an audio specific question. I have very bad myopia and a less noticeable lazy eye, some strabismus. I currently use the eye regeneration audio for this. Since the description on youtube mentions eye muscles and nerves, not the eye lens itself. So is the eye regeneration audio effective in treating myopia?

The other threads on this forum have been so informative, so I’m really grateful ^^ Also I’d really love it if you guys could limit the suggestions to youtube as I’m a student and can’t afford to pay for patreon or gumroad right now.

Also get it measured; how much the LLD is, as there are things you can slip into your shoe for the side that is shorter. Its like cork material or something.

Also a stronger core; an absolute must. Planks, side planks, russian twists; and, or you can use Acq for Abs (but i really encourage you actually do it in real time, too)
Spinal Tapper as well; it can relieve the pressure thats being compressed upon your spine due to the uneven gait (due to LLD)

You’ve told us what isn’t causing this problem for you but you haven’t yet told us what is causing this situation for you. Has anyone investigated that for you?

You see, what you’re describing is actually a symptom of something going wrong in the body. When you resolve the actual thing that’s going wrong in your body, then part of this situation will also resolve itself.

The reason why I say “part of…” is because, in their quest to provide you with some relief, it sounds like (and IANAD) your well-meaning doctors treated your symptom (your constipation) rather than the true cause of your constipation and, in doing so, may have gotten your body reliant on the medicines. Once you have resolved the true cause of your constipation, then it is likely you will have to go through the protocols to wean your body off the medicines you’ve been taking so that it can regain its normal function.

hahaha then you found you buddy for life my guy, just don’t over do it because then you will end up with worst constipation. Best to recycle it I heard. Never done that I used coffee for 4 years straight every day then I stopped now for 6 months don’t know if I will return to it will see. But to be honest you will really tolerate in time if you start drinking every day so keep that in mind

thank you, this really makes sense! I think most people in my family initially didn’t think much of it as constipation runs rampant on both sides of my family, with varying degrees of severity. But no one’s had it as bad as me. The doctors are also trying their best but sort of left it at being genetic and are more inclined towards what’s exacerbating the condition. Sapien has really helped me out in the past so I’m definitely hopeful that it might have something to offer for this condition as well !

Make sure if you go down the cork path, you make sure its from a PT associated company

I am also hoping you wear good shoes; if you need to do heels sighs do block heels not stilettos lol.

I like heels but because they literally wreck havoc on the spine, platform shoes are best; at uni I’d even wear those Stella McCartney platform sneakers
