Iāve created a stack for the accumulation of energy, and am going to experiment for the next month on no-fap the levels of energy I feel.
The stack is:
Jing Restoration
Chi Compression into Lower Dan Tien
Shen Energy
Pranic Swirls
Orgone Accumulator
Jindan (The Golden Elixir)
MicroCosmic Orbit
Ojas Refined and Defined.
Iāve been feeling incredible boosts of energy looping it for two + three days consecutively, though have been unable to cope with the massive rise in sexual energy, resulting in pmo.
I intend to completely buck my pmo trend this month, and experiment with this stack, to also see how this helps with personal magnetism.

After looping my stack (minus the ojas) every night for a week i can certainly say it feels as if Iāve been on no fap for 4 weeks.
I realised that looping ojas in the stack was leaving me tired, as it was transmuting all that energy.
After I removed ojas after the first three days I felt full of energy. Now I ocasionally include ojas to improve my magnetism
