amazing. but i don’t understand. if shen is super refined energy, how could it be compressed into the blood vessels and how would it be beneficial?

According to TCM theory, Shen energy is closely related to the heart and its associated blood vessels.
In TCM, the heart is considered the “ruler” of the body and the “home” of the Shen. It is believed that the heart houses the spirit and governs the circulation of blood and energy throughout the body. The blood vessels are considered the channels through which the Shen energy flows.
When the heart is functioning properly and the blood and energy are circulating smoothly, the Shen energy is said to be harmonious and balanced. However, when there is a disruption in the flow of blood and energy, or if the heart is not functioning properly, it can lead to imbalances in the Shen energy, which can manifest as physical, mental, or emotional symptoms.
