Should you use bone strengthener if your goal is to grow taller?

I read on this forum that you should avoid bone strengthener if you want to grow taller, can someone confirm or help me out?

This one seems to work pretty well. I can’t tell if it was only this one or it coupled with some subliminals, but I have grew 2cm listening to them for a couple of days and my height has reimained.

Bone Strenghtener is more for getting minerals into our bones so they can gain in density but that doesn’t mean they’ll be longer.
