(After you enter the state you can deepen it by imagining nothing but void all around you on every side around you, then imagine a void above you and one below you. As you visualize and feel the void above and below, imagine that your body completely disappears in between and all becomes void. Go to the heart center and perceive a void forming there. Imagine a beautiful white space or white lotus there. Or a white pearl or orb throbbing with nothing in it. As you meditate on this center and the 3 voids (above, below, heart center) a new and unusual state of no thought will arise and for a few seconds you will become completely dissolved in the absolute void.
