Hey, I’m still on the journey, yes. It’s such a synchronicity that you’re asking me this now because I set up a new game plan on October 30th and started a new practice on November 1st (so this is only day 3 for me). I had taken a break of actively working with BPIL in October because of some personal grief and challenging health topics in my family.
Bit before talking about the present, I want to say that after I’ve been using BPIL for almost 3 years, I’ve noticed two things:
- It works well when you set clear intentions and while meditating, also hold your intentions in your mind. Either like a mantra, or focusing on the feeling of the end result.
- It also works surprisingly well for me whenever I don’t have any specific intention in mind, but instead just focus on the feeling of deep gratitude, and feeling loved. That’s when things happened in my life that I wouldn’t have ever imagined manifesting that way.
Here are some examples of my personal experience that I partly contribute to BPIL, in combination with my own practices of keeping a positive mindset and focusing on my favorite choices. Back then I used the same formula: daily meditation with BPIL printed out and holding it in my hands, always carrying it with me, having it set as my phone’s lockscreen picture, and asking my Pegasus to create a portal that links me to it.
April 2024 until December 2025 update:
- I moved to Bali and lived in a small international community.
- Some of the people I met there felt like “found family” and I felt so at home living there.
- I deepened my friendships and we created some very dear memories together
- In that group I met my partner and it was the smoothest transition from being friends, living together already together, to then start a romantic relationship and having some of our dearest friends in common (lol this sounds so cheesy when I type it now, but it’s the truth haha).
- A dream job that I was offered before in January but decided to decline back then was offered to me again and I accepted.
Towards the end of 2024 I was truly feeling that I was living my best life.
THEN something happened that took a harsh turn. And here I honestly don’t know if BPIL had anything to do with it, or whether it was something we manifested ourselves. But some unpleasant things happened with the manager of the community. She prioritized profit over the health of the people living there, and decided to shut everyone up who tried to flag that there was a significant amount of black mold beginning to spread in the sleeping rooms, living quarters and bathrooms. Several people got sick from it and I got really worried. Me and my partner decided to speak up about it and actively look for solutions to treat the mold. We even offered to pay for it. But well, we got kicked out. So we found ourselves homeless right before New Year’s
2025 Update:
Now looking back, it was the best thing that could have happen to us. I don’t think we would have moved out any time soon if the manager hadn’t kicked us out. And it lead to us spending a magical New Year’s at a German friend’s remote cabin in the more untouched North of Bali. It also lead us to move to a lush property with another couple that we were close with. With them we lived most of this year and there’s just something beautiful about sharing life with friends who are also very open minded, are into spiritual topics and self-development. The four of us grew very close. Of course there were also a number of challenges. But thanks to those I learned a lot about navigating disagreements by having some open and honest conversations (even when it is uncomfortable). I used to be an avoidant type but this year allowed me to grow and get better in voices when something bothers me.
In summer we had an abrupt change again when we found out that my partner needed a surgery, and also some other health issues in our families came up. So we decided to rent out our home in Bali to another friend and return to Europe for a longer visit.
Thoughts about BPIL: whether your work with fields like BPIL, or actively focus on other methods to create your reality, it won’t enable you to live the best live non-stop. As humans our soul chose to come here to learn and to grow, and growth is only possible when we’re outside our comfort zone. With that said, I don’t expect that BPIL will spare me heartbreak, frustration, and at time even pain. But I consider it a great tool to work with and to combine with other practices.
The new practices I’m now following in November are great to combine with BPIL.
I want to follow 5 practices daily:
- Nurture self-love
- Follow my joy
- Cultivate a positive mindset
- Let go of limiting beliefs/fear/doubt
- Focus on the present (Seth calls it the “point of power”)
There are many different ways to tackle each practice and right now I’m testing different approaches each day. I’ll report back once some time has passed. If anyone wants to join this experiment in November, please do! I would love to hear other experiences.
