Sleeping problems

Hello,
I’ve been having sleeping troubles since October when i started a diet i’ve never had any sleeping problems before i now sometimes sleep every other day or every 2-3 days it’s making me tired and depressed, i’ve tried physical melatonin but they didn’t help also tried sapien’s old melatonin production and the new deep sleep inducer audios (i’ve tried it since it came) both didn’t work i would sleep when the morning comes if anyone knows why these fields aren’t working for me or have any recommendations to try i’d be really grateful.

Oh no I immediately stopped the diet when i noticed the sleeping problems which was from the second day of the diet (sorry i forgot to mention that) but even though i stopped long ago the sleeping problems persisted

Do you have anxiety or stress? If so, check the Kidney and Adrenal field

Maybe go a night without sleep. You don’t neccesarily have to sleep on time always. Find your groove, and explore the sleepiverse.

yeah i did, didn’t help i’m starting to think my issue is more psychological

Hmm…
I would think either it is psychological, or it is pure coincidence that it started when your diet did.
1 or 2 days of diet (or even fasting) cannot possibly mess you up like this.

So… are you saying that basically you have been going with sleeping only every other day on average since October?
When you sleep, how much do you sleep?
How much energy do you have? What do you do on the nights when you don’t sleep?

Can you tell us a bit more about your lifestyle? Work, sport, daily activity, yoga/spiritual practice if any, and other symptoms if you have them.

Same, the reason why he started the diet is probably what’s keeping him awake.
It’s most often a conflict of the mind, especially if it’s so sudden

Maybe even an energetic problem, created by his mind. Or both a psychological and energetic problem, feeding each other

when i’m able to sleep i sleep for either 4-6 hours or 8-10 hours, i feel fatigued and sleepy in the day, i try to go to sleep 11 pm everyday the nights where i can’t sleep i just stay at bed trying i keep tossing and turning and sometimes stay still but my brain stays conscious, i also sometimes sense some “emotional energy” in my throat area and chest, stomach if that makes sense.
about my lifestyle i only exercise for 10 minutes a day and sometimes walk outside for an hour, i don’t work, the other symptoms i have are having a little difficulty focusing/remembering things, feeling dizzy and headaches, anger issues (which are solved by listening to sapien’s brain regeneration)

Try to listen to the depression relief field and the emotional release one. I don’t know if depression is an issue for you but it won’t hurt to listen and give it a try. I know many cases in which the main cause of sleeping problems was an underlying depression.

Also you can try to do physical work, heavy chorus or etc to feel really tired at night. It’s a simple thing but very effective.

I wish you good luck with that issue :+1:

I agree that maybe you can try to incorporate more activity in your day.
It does not have to be a workout that makes you feel like youre going to die. depending on your fitness and weight, fast paced walking 2x a day is already a good start, and add as much as you can. It is not only for weight loss, but it helps with the tension a lot.

I discovered this and I suggest you try and see if it works.
When you have time (can be also in the night when you can’T fall asleep, just get up), put on some music you like, and also put on The Bushman Medicine by Sapien on loop, and just move. Close your eyes, start swaying, lsiten to your body, feel how it wants to move… and just go for it. It will help you shake out the tension you feel. You can go for an hour or even two, until you get tired.

through the day, and while you’re getting ready in the night, and any time really, you can listen to the fields

  • automated grounding
  • the schumann resonance

For some time, start your day listening to

  • Aura cleanse video from Dream seeds (this should be the first)
  • Listen to Exorcism audio from Dream Seeds
  • Listen to Etheric Cord Cutter audio, i think also from Dream Seeds

You can also listen to any of the mental health album fields, so depression, emotional release, trauma healing etc.

I know the feeling you mean with the “emotional energy”, personally I call it tension.

The new change in the diet was probably so abrupt that the body registered it as another stress in addition to the psychological stress that you may already have :slightly_smiling_face:. Even fasting and new exercise regime can put our body in stress if the change is so sudden. All those stresses stimulated the HPA axis too much, and you end up feeling tired but wired.

I love the above suggestions for your condition, and I hope you are feeling better soon.
