I have noted that a great number of our listeners deal with social anxiety of some sort. I know it’s a terrible thing to have to have to go through considering interacting with others is a natural part of life. Social anxiety gets in the way of many things you’d want… like friendships, jobs, romance and so much more. I am making this thread so we can talk about it.
