it takes time sometimes. idk why.
I had a similar problem when I used a different debit card than usual to pay for an NFT.
There was a fraud detection thing which flagged the transaction and interfered with completion.
My suggestion is to wait a day to see if the email for the downloads shows up. If not, email for help on the bottom of the purchase email.
