This covers the old outdated ideas of retrieval and restoration. Yet going beyond it.
As the Essassani and Arcturians say, your physical experience is playing out WITHIN the soul. So there is nothing to be “retrieved” because it is not out there and cannot truly be destroyed. What it is instead is getting a glimpse of the soul and obtaining a reminder of who you really are and thus expanding your limits from physical to more non-physical each time you have that glimpse. Opening your vibration and frequency to be less dense and becoming more expanded.
This density can be experienced as soul fragmentation as you feel disconnected from Source or your inner power but it is just the aspects of ourselves which we created the illusion of seperation from. And by using these processes we can then expand through & dissolve these illusions - in turn claiming more power and sovereignty as well as connection to the soul. This is applied not just to you but your parallel simultaneous incarnations as well - in turn affecting your oversoul on a higher level. Also included is a strong karmic cleansing component applied to your soul and your parallel incarnations. What then covers your soul in dross is then cleared away, allowing the light to shine through more and more.
Being that one of the 5 Laws of Creation is “What you put out is what you get back” what happens if you assist your parallel incarnations in this way? Time will tell…

What you consider past lives are actually parallel incarnations as everything exists here and now. How this works is that you connect to them energetically and essentially a network among yourselves passing information back and forth. It’s just in space/time that we organize this information linearly hence categorize them as “past lives”.
This update in the framework is important because it shows you that these lives are energetic connections you are making from the PRESENT. And the connections you make can be changed as you change.
As for understanding the oversoul - using an analogy imagine that the Soul is the hand and a physical incarnation is a finger. Multiple fingers exist at the same time and are simultaneously connected to the soul. Using the same analogy the oversoul is the hand, and the soul is the finger - when the parts are improved, what it makes up is improved as well. Everything is connected.
