Is there any limit to Jing if we can transmute it properly? Can it be played 24/7?
No you can’t. Listen based on instruction
Everything about Chinese medicine (of which this is a part) is about balance and management of that balance.
Jing without the other 2 Treasures is just Jing. It’s just potential. For example, it’s not until Shen is brought into Jing that we create life. (Jing is just the wax of the candle. Shen is the spark that lights the candle. Chi is the candle’s flame.)
We need the other 2 Treasures to be able to use the Jing you have. (Most people die with a great deal of their Jing unused in the first place )
And if you were to (unwisely) listen to Jing 24/7, you would wind up depleting your Shen and your Chi as your system attempted to bring you back into balance from your (proposed) listening routine.
It’s a really good idea for you to educate yourself on the topics of your listening so you don’t get yourself into trouble.

Potential for what? If we need to restore lost Jing why are we talking about creating life here?
Jing is the sexual energy right? Need other 2 Treasures to use the for what purpose?
When we develop Jing , we get a large amount of Qi automatically. When we have a large amount of Qi , we will also have strong Shen , and we will become bright and glowing as a holy man
