Spirethion Max (Frontier Series)

Yea actually, non fiction books seem much less tiring and more enjoyable.

I read self improvement and business/marketing books mostly, this field has definitely helped.

Nice suggestion thank you, but they don’t hinder me as much tbh, my stack is long so it’s not a priority. I am a class A functioning addict lol.

My addictions are not that bad, if you have severe addictions then yea I would say you need extreme measures to stop them, but for nicotine and caffeine then this field is enough.

I tried using Dopamine Redux today, it’s like when you use Androgen Receptors binaurals and then after a few days add Testosterone.

I felt the dopamine more than before Spirethion it was very nice.

It’s intended to manage emotional overwhelm in my experience. Addictions are complex behaviour patterns and require conscious pattern change as well along with subconscious pattern change which this audio helps achieve.

hey man, you can look for all my other comments in this sub, i will leave a few more over time until i am completely done with this masterpiece.
but to give an example at which state i am currently in,

i caught myself watching a boring ass cookshow with my grandma (???), not even questioning why and was not even really that bored to be honest.

Unfortunately, it has not worked for me to get off the Suboxone. I’m not sure why it seemed like it was working the first 4 days. I was able to take less than I ever have without being in withdrawals but since then, it’s back to normal where I have to take the same amount. Addiciton and withdrawal is much more complex than just healing the receptors and re-sensitizing them. Thankfully, @DR_MANHATTAN said permanent deletion of addiction pathways, opioid neuron repair, endogenous production of opioid and dopamine, etc will all be addressed in coming fields.

excluding the suboxone part, how is going with this field? how do you feel?

Thanks guys, I (and probably others too) really appreciate the comments.

@Enes I’m not sure how to receive that fact… It’s nice that you simply “flow”, but I’m also at a stage of my life where I “consciously control” my life. This field is reaaaly tempting me and warning me at the same time.

@Gnosticmedic27 , ah man, I hope the next field will solve that for you! Addictions are tough to handle… from my past experience, what I can tell is that the subconscious fears must be addressed too. The experience of being dependent on something for years creates a subconscious belief that life without it is unbearable… but when that fear is eliminated, even the withdrawal symptoms are reduced greatly. Perhaps we should ping @DR_MANHATTAN about this, so he can include it if it’s not already included.

This will help you in every regard. Visualizing and positive self talk feels more vivid and rewarding. Enhances willpower, drive and Motivation. Enables you to be disciplined more reliably hence it removes the physical need for fast and easy dopamine

continuing on this, I just woke up with an idea this morning; another stronghold of addictions is the habit of procrastinating. The “I’ll quite soon” attitude instead of “I’ll quit now”. I am sharing this from a direct experience. I first learned it from Allen Carr’s books and then applied to both nicotine and PMO addictions. I’m free of both.

How much can this help with depression? Cause winter is coming and with it my seasonal depression. I guess a lot because of the sensitive receptors to dopamine etc.

It will help a lot.

Like really A LOT!

The desentization-immune serotonin receptors will increase your baseline happiness permanently and make you pretty much immune to most of those low emotions. You will be a happy excited child again.

:sun_with_face:

Also, supplement with Vitamin D3 of couse!

(Not medical advice, just my personal opinion and experience).

depression is often related with not being able to find satisfaction anywhere.

this makes every little experience of your life more satisfying.
