Hi everyone,
I purchased around 10 ish audio field on spring from Sapien last two years and now literally all of them wen I want to download any of this audio files again download link for all of them say - link disabled !!
So basically all money what I spent on all this files is for nothing because only way to get the audios is if I send message on the forum and ask that someone helps me.
Which is fine as everyone is very helpful but still I don’t feel very comfortable with the fact that for some reason all links are disabled.
Is anyone has the same problem?
What it’s solution to this situation?

I tried from the emails with the download now button in the old emails 2 years ago and the latest ones, I’m still able to download.

Yes I have option button - download - but wen I press it say - link disabled - it shows in attached screenshot above in my post .

Ok then as mentioned above I’m able to download probably IP issue, try with a VPN and check.
So you saying that my home wireless 🛜 connection what works for everything else is not working in this case ?.
How to do with VPN ?
Wen I try to download any purchases files from Gumroad thy all work .
Only what don’t work is all my purchase from Enlightened state - Physic University and other vendors- all of them don’t work wen I try to download again…
Not sure just suggesting to try, I don’t know about mobile but if you are on computer you can use some free VPN extensions on browsers.

Now only need to find solution for this one - audios from Enlightened state - previous vendors whom don’t have anymore shop active .
Previous purchase audio , Psychic University - download link disabled - and couple other vendors.
Maybe @Rosechalice , @Nice2knowU could give me advice ?.
The 3rd party stores have been disabled for quite awhile now. You will have to go to those vendors for advice.

I did try wen vendors was still available on the forum but no response .
Unfortunately buyers didn’t get option how to contact vendors after shop is closed …
Vendors didn’t leave any emails or other options contact what it makes harder to resolve.
But purchase are made , money is spent and product is unavailable by - disabled link .

They have patreons and discords and other ways to contact them. Try those first.
