Stack for depressed friend

Hello!

I need some suggestion to build a stack for a freind of mine that to me seem really depressed. She just keep crying for no apparent reason and have a great amount of negativity towoard life

What do you suggest in addition to DEPRESSION/Stress/Anxiety Relief

One I would suggest would be Depression the Relief and she can also use the other titles in the album, and if I may recommend something not from sapien med, the self love video from qudible is also a good choice.

That’s a new version, nice!

I have to add she has quite low energy and frequently have nightmares, sometimes see scary things when between sleeping and waking

Put the Lion’s Confidence and Courage dog tag on her. Clearly, she needs to feel better about life, but she also probably needs to feel better about herself. Lion’s tag works on your self worth or “esteem” and on your belief that you can make things in your world better (courage and confidence).

@Atreides You are right, she has quite low self esteem

I hope you can afford it and get her to wear it. Or there is always the Confidence audio. I’ve improved my self esteem a great deal over the years and was still very surprised when I started wearing the Lion tag at how much it can help. It has to be one of the most under-priced items available.

@Atreides do you think the Confidence, Dominance and Authority sigil would be a good one for her too?
(I was thinking of using it on an object, maybe a ring, which she always wears)

It did make me more sociable than usual. And according to the author of this book, behaving as you would if you were not depressed makes you actually less depressed.


His credentials are “Licensed Mental Health Professional, Certified Professional Counselor” and others.

So the math works out. Use a field that makes you act as you would if you were not depressed in order to be less depressed.

As far as the kind of self esteem or even self respect boost I noticed from Lion, I can’t say I noticed it with the sigil. It did make me behave in a more in-charge way. And more sociably. I just kept feeling like making small talk with people would be a fun thing to do, so I kept doing it. It didn’t “make” me do it of course, but it made me far more inclined to do it.

Would it be good to start with this stack 2x a day?

I wanna make it minimal, at least in the beginning, cause depressed people have not much motivation for even the simplest things…
Maybe I can add For the Skeptics to give a bit more energy?

How long does the Depression/Stress/Anxiety Relief audio take to have permanent results?

Honestly I cant imagine it do be permanent, but maybe I’m wrong

If it is only temporary effect, then its too bad.

A lot of my friends started using drugs for depression and go into a never ending cycle

Here you have a free solution, without counter effect, that doesnt require almost any effort…

I say it is amazing, even if it is temporary (and again I’m not sure of this cause a lot pf fields become permanent after some time)

It will heal depression and add some neurotransmitters. But It can’t heal the things which cause the depression. Like drug use, toxic friendship etc…

I say its too bad in the sense that its a shame if the effects are not permanent…I am using it myself and into 2nd today…I feel great and I do not want this feeling to vanish.

Thats great! I think that if you stick with it you’ll have less and less need to use it

Also you can use other audio that can help you with other aspects of your life that as @anon17734191 suggests may contribute to your situation
