Stack for ftm/trans men?

I am currently (slowly) transitioning from female to male.

In my current playlist i have (not in that order/all at once):
Testosterone
dht
Estrogen reducer
Unbreakable
knight mindset
spiritual growth
million dollar mindset
brain refresher
abundance mindset
Muscles hungry for fat

I dont have a regular exercise shedule yet thats why i use the automated workout fields sometimes

I thought about adding gynecomastia 2.0 to remove breast tissue

Is there anything else i could add or change to support the transition?

Welcome to the forum!

It’s hard to answer such a general question without knowing what issues you want addressed and what solutions you’re wanting. That’s hard to determine that from the playlist you’ve posted. Perhaps if you told us more about that and why you’ve selected the fields you’ve posted.

I personally find my playlists to work better when there’s a focus or intention to each playlist. What you’ve posted above is just fine but it’s sort of a mishmash of intentions and goals. You might want to sort out your selections into focused piles.

I would definitely consider fields like Subconscious Limits Remover and Ego Dissolution. You, like the rest of us, have certainly picked up a wide variety of beliefs and thought patterns in your lifetime. Those beliefs and patterns will have been geared to the gender you once were and may be less desirable or suited to the gender you’re on your way to. Now would be a good time to clear house.

Since you’ll be clearing house, now would also be a good time to heal anything that came about from living as your previous gender. Become Whole is a wonderful field but I personally think of it as a field that I use after I’ve done my release work. So, if there’s any trauma to be released (and, whilst you get to decide what is “trauma” for you, I would imagine that a partial life lived as a gender you really aren’t might have some traumas to it) and forgiveness to be done, I like to do those before or at least whilst I’m using Become Whole.

Something that you might want to keep in mind is you’ll want to more carefully monitor your hormonal levels whilst you’re using those hormonal fields. IME, doctors have a set regimen of dosage of hormones they give to patients going through transition. Your fields will affect the dosages and balance of your medications. That affect can help or interfere with your process. So you’ll want to be very mindful of what you’re doing there.

I believe that being transgender on Earth as this point of time has everything to do with finding your authentic self, so to WellBeing’s recommendations I would add Blueprint of Life.

The hormonal ones are for a general male appearance and reducing estrogen - i have started using them like 4 days ago? I try to listen to them every 2nd day to slowly build up to see how my body reacts to them. So far it has been more positivity and energy but also hot flashes and a bit more aggression.

Edit: that reminds me that ED could help keep me grounded when the aggression hits , that needs to be added to my stack

Gynecomastia would be to reduce my chest.

The mindset ones are for mental growth. I dont listen to them every day. Theyre there to shift my mindset to a more abundant, whealthy one. I know its not really 'important’for the ftm part but i thought i would mention it regardless. I hope that they can also give me a bit more confidence to go after my goals. Hence the knight and unbreakable. Im 22 - so far because of feeling very uncomfortable to be female i had like zero confidence and depression.

The brain refresher seems to make the mindset changes easier.

Becoming whole is a good idea, i will add it.

I wont rely entirely on the fields of course, im also currently looking into a therapist who can help me work through the whole process and past traumas and i have a doctor appoinment soon which is where i will talk to them about putting me on T.

I suggest adding the following fields to your mindset playlist: Love Gratitude and Appreciation, Hope and Happiness, Self Love and Acceptance and Become Whole.

Play the listed fields multiple times. Really try to push your limit a bit with these audios, and see by experience how much you need each one of them.

Buying New Perspectives is also a very good idea, but you can use Stellate Ganglion Block + The outlook retrainer if you don’t have ways to buy it right now. This one you should approach more carefully, as playing more than 2 times a day usually isn’t a good idea.

Adding must have/use fields somewhere is also a good idea. Fields like Blueprint of Life, Ojas, Crucible of the Past, Smart Cord Cutter, Memories of Joy, and Positive Power Waves, just to name a few.
