On top, when confronted about the fact that it is a stolen audio, he has the audacity to say that he added his “own touch” and that the comment is going to be deleted.

A word of caution for anyone considering playing any of this individual’s video’s - DON’T.
This person is bad news - and not just because he is stealing other people’s work and making out that it’s his own. I recognize this person’s name and profile picture from years of him commenting on other field creator’s channels (especially commenting on SIGH’ channel) - he does not have good intentions.
It would not suprise me in the slightest if if his so-called “personal touch” is to include malicious energies/intentions in his videos to mess with people. Consider this a friendly warning to just keep away from his videos/channel.

Is SIGH energy channel legit or is it just bs? There’s no audio at all in their videos so I wonder. What’s your opinion on them

It is legit in my oppinion. I used to use SIGH fields often and would experience benefits. Energy does not need to have sound to still work. I create silent fields for my own personal use and ones that I sold in the past and they work perfectly. Granted, some fields worked better than others for me with SIGH, but I am energy sensitive and could still detect energy coming from each field I tried.
