What booster do you recommend using before Stress and Anxiety for a beginner? I have white matter and pboy, but i think these are meant to be used after wiring, is that right?
White matter is a booster. Just drink a bottle of water while listening to it.
I only used it for like 2 hours, with boosters, but now I donāt even need to use it.
I was wondering which boosters may have helped you obtain your fantastic results with this field, and which in particular if any you might recommend?
For context, I am interested in acquiring this field + a new booster, other than White Matter which I already have.
I would say brain key and snapping synapses would do you justice.

Well that just happened to me about 30 min ago. It was just a kiss and my car is fine but still felt like it made damage.

When I first got this field I listened 4-6 times a day,
The 2nd and 3rd day I got some detox symptoms like other users report
For me it manifested asā¦ Anxiety the field made me more anxious
I tried yesterday and today a different strategy that really eliminated the symptoms,
First, I loop this field along side New Perspectives from two different devices,
Second, I make sure not to have the volume too high to not overstimulated myself
(I just now realize what some people here mean by āthe music carries the field and you donāt have to listen at high volumeā)
Now I can listen to it for hours and I feel neutral happy wiring

Been using this since release (few weeks?) with some solid looping sessions. Itās been a dramatic period in terms of life events and, frankly, world events. I havenāt always had the best stress response this week, but given life events i think it couldāve been worse. Iāve also noticed the past few days that I started to feel a distinct sense of holding more control over my lifeā¦ a feeling that the sky isnāt always falling in my life (chronic health stuff has kinda institutionalized that in my psycheā¦).
Good stuff so far. Curious to see where this goes.

Iām in this part of the field now despite not playing it half as much as the others. Activities that once caused me a fit of rage when the outcome wasnāt to my liking are now enjoyable challenges. Iām actually thriving off of the fact that something is making me repeatedly try and try until I get it right.
Iāve literally been unable to get stressed even when I wanted about to fall back into that mindset. It was as if my brain pulled me out of it and my body yelled ,ā Thatās no longer a part of usā. Iām enjoying this so far because it makes you unbreakable in a sense. Now that I mentioned it I should pair this with unbreakable more.
Nonetheless, great field for mental health and overall wellbeing. Stress causes a lot of bad habits and nasty set backs depending on your coping mechanism. Now you can continue pushing forward despite whatās thrown at you. Infinite motivation to push onwards, because the more stressful it is the more intrigued you are to conquer it.
Try brain and spine antioxidant and brain regeneration as substitute for not having plasma brain.
The field didnāt make you feel more anxious, it revealed the anxiety you were holding onto that was hidden from you. Work with it at your pace and it should be golden. I would hold in high esteem a field that revealed how much you need it.
