I have a very strong OCD ,

Ocd= control issue
That can come from anger towards… uhm, parents? An ex that left some kind of frustration and pain lingering after the break up?
Low self steem growing up so by trying to control situations, people, things wanting them “perfect” you feel you can gain some worth yourself?
Fear traumas of losing so you try to extra control all to avoid losing more?
If any or all resonate to you then maybe try:
PTSD
Become whole
Anger management
The interconnection of all
Ego dissolution
Ocd (still has to be in there)
Child like wonder
a belly full of laughter
Regain innocence
Archetype of Parental Love
Or if you have VoT and VoL
But whatever stack you want to try
Make sure it has in it for sure:
Ego dissolution
Ocd
PTSD
Also, brain chemicals plays a part here… as a result of the OCD or a partly cause for it.

It would have been nice to have more detail from the OP. It would narrow down the causes.
Neurotransmitter can be a cause or a symptom, chemicals impact your mood, but your mood also impact your chemicals.
The autism treatment audio might help with overstimulation and bring you a sense off calm and allow for new pattern formation (if that his your problem, I would still give it a try since it delivers quick results).
Plasma brain of you should balance, heal receptors and damaged areas.
Anything working on the PFC such as ADD/ADHD and Brain growth work for impulse control.
For energy and trauma already stored inside you:
Basal ganglia healing and fear release
Energy blockage removal followed by the alchemical crucible
And the lower chakras.
I also think the Blue print of life would do wonder in your situation.
If you haven’t already I recommend the point of no return stack (search bar available). Subconscious limit remover, extreme self-confidence, become whole, abundance. These will change your expectations and help you avoid the feelings leading to OCD. This amount to fixing the problem upstream.
Soul restoration would also fall in that category.
If your OCD is due to expectation and overall future events.
The best long term way (IMO) is to focus on brain stacks and knowledge. What better to avoid stress than knowing for sure. Having clear and easy plans and solutions for everything, being able to handle the happenings of life with no or little uncertainty. Being naturally heads and shoulder above the problems (my personal favourite).
Is it a never ending type OCD ? Is it possible that you lack physical energy and suffer from depression or mood problems ?
If so I recommend Thyroid regeneration, then checking the hormones. As always a stable consistent lifestyle including physical activity, an healthy diet, scheduled sleep time and social contacts is recommended.

Loneliness is bad, not only do you suffer from isolation, you also lack support in case of failure or problems. Which increases the risk/treats (or at least their perception).
Procrastination can also be a big factor leading to OCD, but I consider procrastination to be due to ignorance (If you knew how, you’d be doing it) or lack of motivation which is kind of a problem of ignorance too, because it’s easy to fix and you would’ve diagnosed that already.
