For 3 years straight i been stuck with not being able to fully breath in like something is blocking me inside, and never been able to fully relax either, I can’t even automatically breath through my nose as it feels blocked and I have to do it manually i think i got dysfunctional breathing pattern and it messed up my nervous system, Is there any fields or stack to fix this please?

It could be a fear/anxiety reaction, apart from the above recommendation, maybe try Amygdala Healing + Fear Removal, the Anxiety Relief field and suchlike.
You could also try Lungs Healing and Restoration, as it works for the entire system IIRC.

FIRST of all, I would advise you to go to an allergist or if you want to skip that, simply take a blood test to verify your IgE. IF it’s above a certain treshold you most likely have allergies.
Patch or prick tests would also be required among the possible tests, to be sure, so a medic might still be needed.
Allergy can be life threatening, so I really say this for your own good…
Anyway, back to the symptoms: poor breathing can be caused by allergies and / or asthma (which can also be caused by allergies or other causes) or other symptoms, anyway, you need the diagnosis, to know what fields would be best…
FOR Allergies there are morphic fields which could help, like HGF / induced hepatocyte growth factor field and others…
In case it’s not allergies, whatever it is, I would also recommend lung fields And, these would be key fields, as well:
Fields for Sinus drainage, also fields for Pathogens, wether viruses, bacteria, Fungi or parasites or a combination of those, plus fields which would target the immune system, the lymphatic system and the nervous and musculatory systems, heck, go for skin fields too, etc.
These would be the recommendations for your symptoms…
A couple years or more I realized how important the anti-Pathogen(s) fields are, as they helped me breathe better, alongside other fields of course…
Research, diagnose, try new potential solutions, etc.
